Acceptance of terms

By applying to, enrolling in, or using any MyFixY Academy tier (Free, ElitePro, or Cohort Alpha), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't enrol.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enrol. Cohort Alpha requires an active business or founder role, verified during the application call.

Enrolment & payment

• Free tier requires no payment and no time limit to complete.
• ElitePro is ₦150,000 per 12-week cohort, payable in full or in 3 monthly instalments of ₦55,000.
• International students may pay the USD equivalent via Wise or Payoneer.
• A cohort seat is only confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) clears.

Refund policy

Full refund if requested within 7 days of the cohort start date, no questions asked. After day 7, fees are non-refundable — cohort seats are limited and released to the waitlist immediately after the refund window closes.

Course access & conduct

Your enrolment is personal to you — account sharing, or submitting another person's work as your own, is grounds for removal without refund. All students are expected to follow our Code of Conduct in live sessions and community channels.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, templates, and recordings remain the property of MyFixY Academy and are licensed to you for personal learning use only — not for resale or redistribution. Work you produce during the cohort (your deliverables, portfolio pieces) remains yours.

Outcome guarantee terms

The ElitePro outcome guarantee (a free repeat cohort if you don't land a paid invoice) applies only if you: attended ≥80% of live calls, submitted all 3 domain deliverables, and can show evidence of outreach across the channels taught in weeks 11–12. It does not guarantee a specific income amount or timeline.

Limitation of liability

MyFixY Academy provides training and mentorship in good faith but doesn't guarantee specific client outcomes, income, or employment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the cohort is limited to the fees you paid for that cohort.

Termination

We may remove a student from a cohort for violating the Code of Conduct, sharing account access, or academic dishonesty. Removed students are not entitled to a refund for the portion of the cohort already delivered.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first go through informal resolution with our support team before any other step.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to currently enrolled students; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
