What is the best AI course in Nigeria for beginners?
The best beginner AI course should teach practical AI literacy first: ChatGPT and other AI tools, prompt engineering, output checking, automation basics, portfolio work, and a clear path toward jobs, freelancing, or business use. Do you teach prompt engineering and AI automation?
Yes. Prompt engineering and AI automation are core parts of the curriculum. Students learn how to write reliable prompts, evaluate outputs, connect AI tools, build simple workflows, and turn those workflows into client-ready services.
Do I need any prior tech experience?
No. The Free foundation track assumes you have a phone or laptop and curiosity. If you've never used ChatGPT, you can still finish week one.
Is this online or in-person?
Free and ElitePro are fully online — live cohort calls plus a Slack community. Cohort Alpha includes two 2-day in-person sessions in Lagos.
What devices do I need?
A laptop is strongly recommended for ElitePro and Alpha — much of the domain work isn't comfortable on phone.
Do you accept students outside Nigeria?
Yes. The market lens is Nigeria-first but the curriculum works anywhere. About 18% of Cohort 01 is from Ghana, Kenya, and the UK diaspora.
How much does ElitePro cost?
₦150,000 per 12-week cohort. Split into 3 monthly payments of ₦55,000 if you prefer.
Are there scholarships?
Yes — we run partial scholarships for women-led households and for applicants under 22. Tick the box on the apply form.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Paystack / Flutterwave), bank transfer, and Wise / Payoneer for international applicants.
Refund policy?
Full refund within the first 7 days of any cohort, no questions. After day 7 we don't refund — the cohort spot becomes scarce immediately.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Current frontier models (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini) plus major open models. Domain tools: Lovable & Cursor for code, Runway & Pika for video, Eleven Labs for voice, LangGraph & n8n for agents. Updated monthly.
What's the 'outcome guarantee'?
If you finish ElitePro without landing a paid invoice, the next cohort is free. Conditions: attended ≥80% of live calls, shipped all 3 deliverables.
What certification do I get?
Free → Foundation certificate. ElitePro → ElitePro certificate (verifiable URL). Alpha → reference letter from your director.
How big is each cohort?
ElitePro caps at 40 students per cohort. Alpha caps at 12. We keep them small on purpose.
How much time per week should I expect?
ElitePro: 8–12 hours/week including the live calls. Alpha: 6–10 hours/week of focused work plus your 1:1 mentor sessions.
Is there an alumni network?
Yes. Lifetime Slack access for all paid graduates. Monthly alumni-only events in Lagos and online.
Will you help me find clients?
Yes — through curriculum (we teach the six channels) and through the network (alumni share leads).
Can I hire MyFixY students?

Can I become a mentor later?
Yes. We hire mentors from graduating cohorts every quarter — the bar is that you're actively shipping for paying clients.
